  - 250 guests with buffet for Qortuba Ballroom (Qortuba II).
  - 300 guests with buffet for Qortuba Ballrooms (Qortuba I & Qortuba II).
  - 400 guests without buffet for Qortuba Ballrooms (Qortuba I & Qortuba II).
